U Htin Aung Kyaw Oo was graduated from Yangon Institute of Technology and holds B.E (Electronics) Degree. He is the owner of Solar Drinking Water Factory in Taung Gyi and also the owner of Sun Sun Drinking Water Factory and Sun Sun Oxygen Plant in Hlaing Thar Yar Township, Yangon.

U Htin Aung Kyaw Oo has been appointed as Director of first Private Bank Ltd. in 2013. He also serves as a member of Supervision Committee of Taung Gyi Branch of First Private Bank since 2010.

He has over 23 years of professional experience in the Drinking Water business and 15 years of experience in operating Oxygen factory. His vast knowledge in business arena in Taung Gyi and Yangon and his long-time involvement in the banking environment brings a lot of good opportunities for the business development of Taung Gyi Branch as well as First Private Bank Ltd. as a whole.
