Being rich with a strong track record of contributing to the strategic growth and governance of diverse organizations, an Independent Director Dr. Le Le Win who possess a deep understanding of corporate governance, risk management, and industry-specific knowledge, bring invaluable expertise to the Board.

She completed B.Sc (Physics) in 2000 and M.Sc (Engineering Physics) in 2002. She holds professional certifications include: Master of Business administration (MBA), Master of Development Studies (EMDevS), ACCA (UK), NLP Practitioner, Master Practitioner and Ph.D (Business Management). She has been running a mini-mart since 1995 and delivering her expertized topics for Teaching Business Ethics, Leadership and Financial subjects in Smart Way Education Institute since 2018. Recently she has started a Medical Clinic and at the same time, she established Win Business Intelligence Governance (Win BIG) Consulting Firm for providing consulting services to companies and coaching business men to be on the business.

She also worked in a Group of Companies for over 20 years, as a Procurement Assistant Manager and Finance Manager, General Manager in a consultancy company, Chief Executive Officer in a hydropower investment company, petroleum trading company, joint venture of French Construction Company and Group Chief Executive Officer of Infrastructure Companies Group.

With over 25 years experiences of Management roles in the retail, trading, construction, services and investment business areas, she has shared others to the organization succeed and she is committed to promoting the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and transparency in corporate decisions-making.
