Job Description
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager to develop comprehensive marketing strategies for banking products and services.
- Digital platforms; Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including print media and events.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the financial sector, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
- Coordinating the production of marketing materials; Ensure brand compliance and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Managing social media accounts; Creating content to engage with customers and promote the bank's online presence.
- Product launches; discussions, and support the planning and implementation of events such as community outreach programs.
- Sales to ensure integrated marketing efforts; Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer service.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns; Optimize future initiatives by providing regular reports and insights.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customer inquiries regarding marketing materials and campaigns.
- Applying industry best practices to recommend adjustments to marketing strategies; rule changes and competitor activities.
Job Requirement
- Must be a graduate from any university.
- At least ( 3 - 5 ) years working experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Must have Diploma (or) Certificate related to Sales and Marketing Business Management.
- Must be between 25 and 30 years of age.
- Must have good customer service skills, good communication skills and computer skills.
- Must be able to work in a team and agile.
- Must be able to travel if necessary.
- Must be able to meet monthly sales targets.
