Job Description
- To lead the internal team and guide all team members for Risk Control Assessment and Risk Register
- To raise issue and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
- To communicate and collaborate with all relevant Business/Functions and Branches upon Risk requirement.
- To analyze any information/data and put into the meaningful business interpretation
- To know all FPB internal instructions and CBM’s instruction and Rules and any other relevant regulator’s requirements on the current and new products and services.
- To identify and verify potential Operations Risk at operation process for current and new products, processes and services
- Develop Risk Mitigation Action Plans
- Carry out detailed walkthroughs and process mapping to identify significant risks and controls
- Undertake the maintenance of Risk Management Risk Register
- Report key risk and control indicators of department/business unit
- Oversee the operational risk incident management process to guarantee that timeliness, integrity, and quality control are maintained
- Ensure appropriate review of the financial impact of operational incidents, root cause and business impact analysis
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge of systems and data to ensure optimal use of technology.
Job Requirement
- Previous experience in compliance, internal control, risk management, or audit.
- Relevant experience in a Financial Institution or Mobile Operator and/or a holder of appropriate qualifications will be an advantage.

- Compliance and Governance minded: Strong sense of risk and compliance to ensure appropriate and sustainable business activities
- Service Focus: Making it easy to do business with all other departments
- Analysis and Problem Solving: Sources and uses relative information efficiently to identify problems and offer sustainable solutions
- Myanmar language skills plus strong writing and oral skills in English
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft package and presentation skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain findings and proposed
- Any Bachelor Degree
- Preferred at least five years of relevant industry working experience
- Experince in manager level of risk control and risk register in banking industries.
