Job Description
- Sales presentation and system demonstration at the business meeting
- Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
- Attending related meetings and produce meeting minutes.
- Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Maintain accurate sales records, including forecasting and budgeting
- Supervising and delegating tasks to the sales team members.
- Building relationships with the existing customers.
- Work on expanding new market
- Prepare and present Weekly Report and Monthly Report
- Marketing Plan, Sales Plan, Promotion plan, Way Plan
- Yearly,Quarterly,Monthly SalesTarget Plan
- Microsoft office suit (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Job Requirement
- Any Graduate
- Good in English skill & Strong Presentation skill
- At least 3 years of working experience in Marketing field as supervisor role
- Good Knowledge of customer service management
- Excellent communication skills
