Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Banking and Finance or in a related field, MBA is preferable.
- Minimum 10 years experience in banking industry on Sales & Marketing and Business Development field, senior management level is preferable.
- Preference will be given to those with experience in either Retail, SME or Corporate banking.
- Must have leadership skill and ability to do strategic planning.
- Must have Strong Communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Must have regulatory & compliance awareness.
