Job Description
- Ability to establish HR strategies that align with the bank's long-term goals.
- Able to make decisions based on employee data (eg., Calculation of turnover rate, cost per hire etc.)
- Able to inspire the employees and lead the changes in line with the bank's culture.
- Should be able to present strategic ideas and influence the BOD and Senior Management.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or in a related field, MBA is preferable.
- Minimum 10 years experience in Human Resources management in large enterprises preferably in the banking industry.
- Must have a senior management position in the HR field at least (5) years.
- Basic knowledge on banking is a plus.
- Must have leadership skills, negotiation skills, decision-making skills and understanding of banking laws and regulations.
- Must have detailed understanding of Myanmar labour laws and be able to strictly comply with Central Bank of Myanmar (CBM) HR directives.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively.
