He graduated with B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) in 1984, MBA (Master of Business Administration) in 2012 and MBF (Master of Banking and Finance) from Yangon University of Economic.
He has established Tay Za Powell – TZP Financial and Management Consulting Firm as Founder & Chief Consultant. TZP Consulting Firm provides Business Consulting Services, Preparing Business Plans, Business Systemization with Quality Management System (QMS), and Actual Auditing & Advising for several companies in different business sectors.

U Tun Win Naing got his Bachelor’s degree in Science specialized in Biology in 1995 and qualified for honor class. U Tun Win Naing founded Zue Co., Ltd. in 2004 and served as Managing Director.
He served as a Director of First Private Bank Ltd. for 14 years from 2004 to 2017 and re-elected as a director of the bank since January 2024.

U La San received his B.E (Civil) Degree in 2001 from Yangon Institute of Technology. He is the founder and Managing Director of a Construction Firm and one of the Registered Senior Engineer of the Myanmar Engineering Council.
He is the founder and former Chairman of Myanmar Engineering Association of Kachin Region, Myanmar International Consultant Engineers Organization, Myanmar Licensed Contractors Association of Kachin State Branch and Kachin State Investment and Development Public company Limited. U La San served as a Project Engineer at Phyu Sin Company Ltd. From 2001 to 2006. Moreover, he has been Chief Engineer of Sun Kabar Construction since 2006 and Managing Director of Manaw AHla Co., Ltd. since 2007. He was a member of Myit Kyi Na Township Development Committee from 2015 to 2017.
U La San has been appointed as Director of the First Private Bank Ltd. since 2021. He has been serving as a member of Supervision Committee of Myit Kyi Na Branch of the First Private Bank Ltd. and also serves as the Chair of the Myit Kyi Na Branch Supervision Committee since 2021.
U Thein Myint has associated with banking sector for over 23 years. Receiving his B.E (Mechanical) Degree from Yangon Institute of Technology, he engaged in the banking arena, served as an independent Bank Accessor in his home town, Mandalay for 19 years from 1999 to 2018.
U Thein Myint also is the owner of ‘Ah Yee Taung Pickled Tea and Assorted Fried Beans’ which is one of the longest and most famous businesses in the traditional Myanmar food sector which lasted over 100 years.

U Htin Aung Kyaw Oo was graduated from Yangon Institute of Technology and holds B.E (Electronics) Degree. He is the owner of Solar Drinking Water Factory in Taung Gyi and also the owner of Sun Sun Drinking Water Factory and Sun Sun Oxygen Plant in Hlaing Thar Yar Township, Yangon.

U Thein Lwin has over 36 years of professional experience in accounting, finance, banking, audit, and IT areas, performing in different management roles across various industries, including government organizations, hotels, construction, trading and distribution, hydropower, telecommunications, banking, and software development. He obtained his B.Com in 1983 and CPA in 1986. He is also a holder of the Professional Accountant in Public Practice certificate. Additionally, he achieved the Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) Certificate awarded by CFI, the Corporate Finance Institute.
He is the CEO and Founder of Value Growth Consulting Ltd. Prior to establishing Value Growth Consulting Ltd., he spent over 7 years as CFO, Dy.CEO, and CEO in different management roles at one of the leading banks in Myanmar from 2010 to 2017. He also worked in a Group of Companies, a conglomerate business, for over 7 years as the Group Finance Director, where he set up the accounting and finance systems. Before joining the Group of Companies, he worked at one of the five-star hotels in Myanmar for about 12 years as a Financial Controller, managed by New World Management Ltd. Daw Hla Hla Win is a Supreme Court Lawyer (Advocate). Since 1992 She has been a Shareholder of the First Private Bank and acted as a Bank Lawyer for Loan applicants from Mandalay. In 1995, when the Mandalay Branch was opened, she was responsible as the Secretary of the Mandalay Branch Supervision Committee.
In 1999, She was elected as the Board of Director of the First Private Bank and served as the Secretary of the BOD from 1992-2022.
In 2003, she was assigned by the Board of Director as an Executive Director.
As an Executive Director from 2003 to 2021, she led the Management team of the FPB and responsible for Bank management and Human resource management were processed with the Management team. She is currently serving as Executive Director since 2022.
U Kyaw Tin graduated with Bachelor of Commerce degree from Yangon Institute of Economics in 1975 with flying colors before starting career as apprentice accountant and auditor as a requirement to become a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He became Certified Public Accountant in 1978 and his experience includes audit of Central Bank of Myanmar (CBM), state-owned Myanma Economic Bank (MEB), state-owned Burma Oil Corporation (now known as Myanma Oil and Gas Enterprise – MOGE).
U Kyaw Tin started his career with U Hla Tun Group, a prominent Myanmar accounting firm, in 1977 served initially as Auditor and later promoted to Senior Auditor and Audit Team Leader before he left in 1983.
In 1983, he joined SGS S.A. (formerly Société Générale de Surveillance) – a multinational company headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland which provides inspection, verification, testing and certification services – Myanmar Office as Finance Manager and became General Manager in 1993 and then after Country Head in 2002. Due to his reputation among the business community and government ministries, he was appointed as Honorary Consul for Switzerland until 2012.
Although U Kyaw Tin joined SGS, he founded Kyaw & Kyaw, Certified Public Accountants, together with his friend U Kyaw Min who was also CPA, and continuously kept himself involved as an accounting professional. U Kyaw Tin also founded V Advisory Limited in 2016 with three CPA Partners and served as Chairman of the firm. However, 2020, he decided to come back to Kyaw & Kyaw again as an Audit Firm.
He is contributing his experiences in several social, sport and professional organizations including U Hla Tun Hospice (Cancer) Foundation, Yangon Sailing Club (YSC) and Myanmar Institute of Economics Graduates Association (MEIGA). Currently, he served as Chairman of Myanmar Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) till 2016 and is still as an Executive Board member of MICPA till present, and also as member of the Myanmar Accountancy Council (MAC), the national regulatory body.
