The aim of the graduate IT program is to nurture the IT and business leaders of tomorrow, allowing participants to develop their IT and banking careers through job rotation in the IT Infrastructure and Application Management Groups of the IT Department.
Participants will develop their IT, business, and management skills through participation in the IT Department’s operations and digital transformation projects.
The IT Infrastructure Group manages the bank’s on-premises data centers, public clouds, wide area networks (WAN), and branch local area networks (LAN).
The Application Management Group manages the bank’s enterprise applications such as the core banking system, payment system, regulatory reporting system, internet banking and mobile banking, database servers, application servers, bank websites, and APIs.

Myanmar national.
No criminal record.
Pass mandatory health check.
Less than 3 years work experience.
Graduated in the last 3 years.
Must have a pleasant personality.
Must be polite and tactful.
Able to establish good working relationships with colleagues, management, and customers.
Able to take initiative and lead as well as work in a team.
Proficient in both English and Myanmar languages.
Able to give presentations in both English and Myanmar languages.
Able to write reports and prepare presentations in both English and Myanmar languages.
A degree in Computer Science, IT, or business.
Professional certifications are an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Extracurricular activity, social work, and/or volunteer work are an advantage.
Enjoys a challenge and possesses good problem-solving skills.
Capable of thinking analytically, imaginatively, and creatively.
Capable of conducting research.
Capable of independent learning as well as instructor-led learning.
An interest in IT or financial technologies.
